3. Orders and Payment
  • You can place orders through our website.
  • All orders are subject to availability of products.
  • We accept payment by major credit cards.
  • Payment is due at the time of order placement.
  • We may decline to accept or cancel an order at any time for any reason.

4. Shipping and Delivery
  • We ship orders to locations within the United States.
  • Delivery costs are calculated based on the volume and destination of the order.
  • We will provide you with an email order confirmation including delivery details.
  • We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by factors beyond our control, such as inclement weather or trucking/vehicle issues.
  • You will be responsible for any applicable taxes.
  • You need not be present for delivery. Selected time slot is approximate. You will receive a text message when material is being loaded up. Same-day changes to orders may not be possible, and  same-day delivery cancellations are subject to a cancellation/restocking fee.

5. Returns and Refunds
  • Due to the nature of bulk landscape materials, we are not able to accommodate returns, exchanges or refunds.
  • Partial or full refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Customer Information
  • We collect customer information, such as phone number, address, and email address, for order processing and delivery communication purposes.
  • We will not share your customer information with third parties without your consent.
  • You may request to access, update, or delete your customer information at any time by contacting us.

8. SMS Delivery Notifications Program
  • User Opt-In: By providing your mobile phone number and opting in at checkout or through our website forms, you agree to receive delivery updates and order confirmations from WeCare Denali LLC Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our delivery services. You will receive approximately 1-2 messages per order/delivery.
  • Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
  • How to Opt-Out: To stop receiving text messages from WeCare Denali LLC, reply STOP to any mobile message sent from us. You will receive a single confirmation text and no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

  • Carrier Disclaimer: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  • This campaign sends automated delivery status updates and arrival notifications to customers who have ordered landscape materials & delivery service from our company website- specifically, when their purchased material is being loaded into a truck prior to delivery. Customer may also receive a one-time delivery confirmation and “Thank You” once their delivery is complete. 
  • Examples of Delivery Notifications customers can expect: 
    • Sample 1: “Hello from Denali Fairfield! We are loading up your order of [Volume - Product] and will be headed your way shortly! Reply STOP to opt out.”
    • Sample 2: “Thank you from Denali Fairfield! Your order of [Volume - Product] has been delivered. Reply HELP for support or STOP to unsubscribe.”
    • Sample 3: "Thank you from Denali Fairfield! Your order of [Volume - Product] has been delivered. If you have a spare moment, would you consider leaving us a good review? {Google Review Link} Thanks again from our whole crew! Reply STOP to opt out."
  • You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" in reply.
  • If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly by emailing WeCareProducts@Denaliwater.com or calling (203) 259-6852.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
  • We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the products or services offered on this website.
  • We disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
